Grand Seiko Evolution 9 Spring Drive 5 Days SLGA009G 40.0 mm Steel Watch for Men

The SLGA009G wears the Evolution 9 Style, Grand Seiko's refinement of its own design language, in a 40.0 mm stainless steel case only 11.8 mm thick. Its dial captures the quiet mood of the white birch forests near the Shinshu Watch Studio, where Grand Seiko's Spring Drive watches are made.

Inside is the Spring Drive calibre 9RA2. It measures temperature 540 times per hour to compensate for variations in its oscillator's performance, achieving an accuracy of ±10 seconds per month, and it runs for about 120 hours (five days) when fully wound, shown by a power reserve indicator. The case has a screw-down crown and 10 bar water resistance, and the movement can be seen through the see-through screw case back.
