Seiko made this model for its 145th anniversary and coloured it in Edo purple, a shade tied to Tokyo's history. The radiating dial pattern of the Cocktail Time series is used here to portray Edo Murasaki, a purple STAR BAR original cocktail created in collaboration with Hisashi Kishi, owner and head bartender of STAR BAR in Ginza and a past International Bar Association world champion. The Seiko logo and the GMT hand are finished in gold, and the case back carries a LIMITED EDITION engraving next to its see-through window onto the movement. A box-shaped Hardlex crystal, a push-button deployment clasp and 4,800 A/m magnetic resistance complete it.
