The Rado HyperChrome R32280109 pairs a polished black high-tech ceramic bezel with a 41.5 mm case in stainless steel and a silver sunray dial. Polished and brushed surfaces alternate across the steel case, and a curved sapphire crystal, anti-reflective on its inner face, sits above the dial. Black PVD-coated hands and indices carry white Super-LumiNova®; after dark the minute hand and 12 o'clock marker shine green while the hour hand and remaining markers glow blue. The 3-jewel movement holds to within ±10 seconds a year, with the date shown at 3 o'clock. A black rubber strap closes with a polished and brushed steel pin buckle, and 150 metres of water resistance makes swimming and snorkelling no problem.
