Unveiled by Rado in 2021, the high-tech ceramic Captain Cook draws on years of development and on the history of the collection. The ceramic it uses is resistant to scratches and hypoallergenic, and a black bracelet in the same material closes with a titanium three-fold clasp. A PVD-coated stainless steel screw-down crown seals the 14.6 mm case, which is water-resistant to 300 metres and built as a diver's watch. The movement is tested in five positions and fitted with a Nivachron™ hairspring that protects it from magnetic fields met in daily life.
