Compact and two-tone, the Constellation 123.20.38.21.03.001 pairs a 38 mm stainless steel case with an 18K red gold bezel carrying engraved Roman numerals. The shaded blue dial is embossed with a lozenge motif and shows the date at 3 o'clock, all beneath a domed sapphire crystal treated against reflections on both sides.

Inside is the OMEGA Co-Axial Chronometer calibre 8500, a self-winding movement with a free-sprung balance and two barrels in series for a 60-hour reserve; its bridges and rotor wear Geneva waves in arabesque, on view through the sapphire caseback.
