The use of a resin material inside the case and a hard stainless steel material for the bezel cover creates a high-quality feel while maintaining a lightweight and comfortable fit. The use of an inverted LCD also achieves a more chic finish. While maintaining concepts inherited from the first generation, the 5600 series has been refined to pursue watch quality and evolve the exterior and wearability.
The stopwatch measures in 1/100-second steps for the first hour, then in one-second steps up to 24 hours. The countdown timer runs for up to 24 hours and a high-brightness Super Illuminator LED lights the display.
