The Reine de Naples 8928 is the compact version of Breguet's ovoid ladies' watch, measuring 33 x 25 mm in 18K rose gold. Its natural white mother-of-pearl dial carries an hours chapter towards the bottom of the dial with blued Breguet hands.
Diamonds pave the ball attachment at 6 o'clock, the bezel, the dial flange and the clasp, and a briolette diamond tops the crown at 4 o'clock. The automatic calibre 586/1 has a silicon balance spring and a 38-hour power reserve, on a black alligator strap.
