The Reine de Naples 8918 is shaped around Breguet's ovoid case, inspired by the bracelet watch made for Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples. This version pairs 18K rose gold with a hand-guilloché dial in white natural mother-of-pearl, partly in champagne-coloured Tahitian mother-of-pearl, and a black alligator strap.

At 6 o'clock sit a pear-cut diamond and the ball attachment that connects the case band to the strap. The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with diamonds. The automatic calibre 537/3 has a silicon balance spring and a 45-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback.
