An off-centred chapter ring carries Breguet Arabic numerals, with a pear-cut diamond at 6 o'clock. The bezel, dial flange and crown are set with diamonds. The automatic calibre 537/3 has a silicon balance spring and a 45-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback.
