The complete calendar with moon phase is the complication most closely associated with Blancpain, and the Villeret Quantième Complet is its purest expression. A 40.2 mm stainless steel case frames an opaline dial showing the day, date, month and phase of the moon.

The date is read from a serpentine hand around the dial, the day and month through two windows beneath twelve o'clock, and the moon phase at six o'clock, all on a dark grey alligator strap. The in-house calibre 6654 offers a 72-hour power reserve and a silicon balance spring, visible through the sapphire caseback.
