The Museum dial is the design Movado is best known for. First drawn in 1947 and since shown in art museums around the world, it leaves out numerals altogether and keeps a single dot at 12 o'clock, a symbol of the sun at noon. The grey dial is kept to two hands. It is worn on a black calfskin strap that fastens with a tongue buckle. The case is 6.8 mm thick and the watch is water resistant to 30 metres.
